Neville first became interested in real estate when living in Albury in the 1970's where he operated a retail business. After undergoing real estate training he then used this knowledge to buy and sell a number of properties and businesses in the Albury area.
As regular visitors to the South Coast of NSW for family holiday, being attracted
by the excellent fishing and beautiful unspoilt beaches, Neville, his wife Kerrie
and their children decided to relocate and subsequently established a retail
business in Bega in 1986.
This successful business was later sold and after buying and selling several other
properties in this thriving growth area Neville and Kerrie established themselves
at Bermagui with Neville working in real estate sales in Narooma.
It was while working in real estate sales that the need for a "Buyers Agent"
service for the area became obvious as the majority of buyers are from other areas
and are continually frustrated in their efforts to search out a suitable property,
thoroughly investigate it, then negotiate a satisfactory price and complete a purchase.
The high cost of time, accommodation and travel to search out properties and the
frustration of dealing with and being required to disclose personal and financial
information to many agents, all combine to create a situation where suitable
properties can be "missed out on" or the buyer is encouraged to pay a
premium for the property by real estate agents who are employed by and are working
in the best interests of the seller.

the area to search out the best properties to suit their needs from the entire
range available, both from all the real estate agents listings and private sellers.
The increasing popularity, rapid growth and spectacular natural beauty of this area
is making it a favourite with capital city dwellers who wish to escape to solitude,

means it is still affordable here, only a few short hours from Sydney, Canberra
and inland NSW.
